Tasks:
To supports the right deployment, understanding and respect for the vision, mission and CBN for the whole factory
To supports the proper deployment, understanding and respect for the Site masterplan, goals and objectives
To support the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team maintaining and deploying the several CI tools and methods, through standardization and improvement
To drive the continuous improvements enablers and tools following the Continuous Improvement MasterPlan
To ensure a proper internal and interdepartmental coordination regarding the continuous improvement projects activities
To support and foster the special activities in the factory promoting the communication and the knowledge and Best Practices sharing
To Train the organization regarding the Continuous Improvement Programs
Supports the talent development programs acting as a trainer, mentor or coach when is needed
Identifying the opportunities to improve or even generate new methods, processes or tools in the organization
Competencies:
University degreee in Engineering
5 years of experience in a similar role
IT skills (advanced excel, word, power point)
High level of English (written and verbal) is a must; additional languages are an advantage
Proven skills in continuous improvement methods and tools (5s, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, others)
Ability to lead improvement projects and experience in running multi-function teams effectively
Ability to train people, at all levels.
Great communication skills (able to give presentations, coordinate events and activities)
